How I'm feeling today from my laparoscopy yesterday. Longggg

So today I feel ok I'm in discomfort it hurts to laugh,cough,sneeze,bend over,and hiccup lol so I've been telling everyone not to make me laugh haha cause it hurts toooo bad. My throat is quite sore cause they had a tube in my throat during surgery so been drinking lots of water and a few cough drops. My gas pains in my shoulders and rib cage hurt pretty bad but not excruciating just really uncomfortable, it's tolerable without any pain killers. I've only had to take half a percocet today which I hear is good to not take alot of pain killers cause you'll heal faster I guess. Also I've been getting up every hour to walk around I was even able to take shower(hubby assisted) been able to walk up and down stairs a few times very slowly of course, and I've been taking deep breaths too, the nurse wanted me to do that to prevent pneumonia,she also said to cough but I can only do a very small cough though not a real one cause it hurts my abdomen way to much. I've also had some vaginal bleeding since last night only when I pee though but dr says that's normal. So ya that's just an update on how I'm feeling from my surgery hopefully I start feeling alot better soon!

Why did you have to have a laparoscopy? Have you gotten any results/ info from it?

I'm glad your feeling better a lil...I had A larposcopy when I had ectopic and if was quite painful after and i bruised really ugly too my ab was purple and black couldn't cough or walk that much either and it hurt to push for a bm cuz I would use stomach muscles...gl to you hun
