Well, I have decided to count yesterday as CD1 even though I'm not having a heavy flow like normal... it's still a flow. So anyone wanna be cycle buddies? = )

I am thinking I am gonna count today as CD 1. But not sure since I am still just spotting! Good Luck to you I hope this is your cycle :)

i started af yesterday too! also not a heaby flow thought.it was.IB :(
