It can take up to a 1yr for body to adjust after birth control methods,however every woman is different.I would start off using opk's to verify O after mirena removed.

Their site says the average is 6 months. I just got mine removed the beginning of this cycle. I'm hoping to be lucky and conceive faster. I still o'd and got af every month like clockwork and had it for 4 1/2 years.

It Took me seven months to get my Bfp. I also had mirena for three years..

It took me 5 months to get a period and 11 months to O but I got pregnant the first cycle I had a confirmed O. I only had mirena for a year and 3 months.

that was my body too. I had the implannon for the 3yrs and I had my AF every month on clockwork while on it. My dr was amazed and she told me she wouldn't be suprised if I was prego right off the bat. And it only took 2cycles for me as well
