Oh, and I was chronically dehydrated through my first 4 months due to the nausea and heartburn. My lil man is almost 2 and just fine!

Honestly, it sounds more like a stomach bug than a pregnancy symptom. I could be wrong, but I'm 99% sure that diarrhea isn't a typical symptom. There is very little cause for concern from the bug itself - most are simply too big to fit through the placental barrier to reach the baby. The concern is dehydration. Weightloss isn't really a concern, either, in and of itself. I lost 8lbs was pretty slim to begin with. I know a woman who lost 30lbs! Both our babies were good sizes and perfectly healthy. :)
I thought that I put I caught a stomach bug but I def did catch a bug dehydration is my main concern
Baby will take even if you don't have enough to give.... as far as nutrients go. I'm sorry you feel so badly! It can't be fun. I will be 13 weeks tomorrow and luckily have only thrown up once...but nausea has always been knocking at my door.
Just drink, drink, and drink! LOTS of water. You can go without food for a few days... it won't feel very good, but you can... but you cannot go without water. Hope you start feeling better soon.
