How long does a person normally have to be off the pill before they can get preggo? I came off the 16th and started the 19th. So, I know that I should of ovulated yesterday. I just want to know is it true the more you have sex leading up to your fertile and ovulation time the less likey you are to get prego?
It can take as little as a month. My cousin came off of the pill one month and was pregnant the next. It just depends on the person, it may take other several months before they become pregnant. Good luck and tons of baby dust.
I heard like a year is normal, but it can happen the next cycle for some.
Thank yall for yalls answer. I was also told that the more you have sex leading up to your fertile days and ovulation days it lessens your chance to get prego that cycle is that true? IF so this may not be my month because since comeing off the pill my hubby acts like he can't keep his hands off of me...(which Im not complaining) So guess we will c!
I agreee with the pp's. It depends on the person. My SIL was one the pill and went off and became pregnant with twins within months.
Well I guess we will see how it goes with me and my hubby! I will try and keep people posted by thanks for the advice and congrats!!

Its different for everyone. Although if you do ovulate theres a lot of stories about conceiving in the first few months after being off birth control your chances of twins are higher.
The first thing out of my mouth after reading your post was OMG SHUT UP hahahah I was digging it till that last part everyone keeps joking about that! What if we had load of sex up to my ovulation day?? dont that make his sperm count go down and my chances smaller??? I'd like this to be our month but we will c!!!
