This cycle is the very first that I have been constipated after O. This happen to anyone else? Did you end up pregnant? I usually go at least once a day and this cycle I have gone 3 days without. It is uncomfortable but I don't want to take anything just in case. I am only 5 DPO by the way. This started right at O

Well then that is good. I have LPD so higher progesterone will be beneficial!
