I have the raspberry tea, I drink it hot with a little sugar. I honestly can't say if it works because I haven't drank it consistently.

The main reason it is suggested is for nutritional benefits of the raspberry leaf, which contains a lot of vitamins, including B. Raspberries are naturally high-alkaline forming foods, so they help with your pH balance. Adding sugar or dairy will negate these benefits.

I haven't seen anything that says you shouldn't so I doubt it matters.

I have used raspberry tea to bring on contraction at the end of my pregnanct. I recommend the pills as opposed to the tea for toning the uterus however. I have also used the EPO. I found it took a high dose with an increase in water before it worked. Where are you in your cycle? Did you ever get AF?

I drank the raspberry leaf tea while going through an IVF cycle.  I also have a couple friends who drank it and got a BFP that cycle.  I don't think you should put anything in it, and be sure to steep it (sp) like the directions say.

I went to an acupuncturist while TTC though IVF and she suggested the tea but said Maca isn't a "one size fits all" type of thing. I was told not to use it by my RE and my acupuncturist.  My acupuncturist said not to because it's not a warming herb and she recommended warming things for me.

Best of luck!
