This morning my temp dropped by an entire degree. I've heard this is indicative of ovulation being right around the corner...I hope not because my husband doesn't get home until Monday and FF had predicted ovulation for Wednesday!

A lot of times the temp drop is the day of ovulation. The only way to tell is see if it goes up quite a bit tomorrow.

Crap. I'm only on CD13 and typically I don't O until CD18. I had a negative opk yesterday and I'm not experiencing EWCM. I checked my cervix yesterday and it was high closed and firm, so I'm hoping the temp drop was just from co-sleeping with my toddler and my body trying to regulate her temp.

It may just be a temp drop and not O. It does happen. Is this your first month charting?

My OPK this morning was a stark negative. I checked my cervix and it is still high, but has softened. It doesn't feel open, though. And my cm is still creamy. TMI alert (a little late).

I check my cervix while in the shower. Just use your middle finger and aim for the center, kind of pointing toward your back. Your cervix will feel like the tip of your nose if it is firm. Then, just check what is on your finger when you are done. It's an awkward process the first few times, but there it is.
