Pregnancy Test?

Is morning or evening the best time to take a pregnancy test? I've read online, and they say it doesn't matter.  I'm really confused.

It's not concentrated if you haven't urinated for 4 or more hours

It depends on how many DPO you are.  If you are late for your period than it shouldn't matter what time you test.  If you haven't missed your period yet than your first morning urine is the most concentrated and will contain the highest level of HcG hormone.

Good luck!!!

I didn't have an actual AF either just spotting last month.  My breast have been tender as well as the nipples themself for the past few days & I have noticed today that unusual smells seem to make me nausea.  I had a pregnancy test on June 12th, at the doctors office and it came back negative but, the symptoms that I'm having seem to me think that I am now.
