Do you think day 19 in a 29-30 day cycle is too late to concieve? Ps day before cm was like egg whites

Not if you "O"d later. So if you're asking if you should BD, the answer is Yes!

Nope
the month I got pregnant with my son I got a positive OPK on cd18 so I ovulated cd19 or 20 (possibly even 21)
But I didn't get a BFP until 20dpo
