Been TTC for over a year w no luck. What is this soy?
Second, LP, ur luteal phase is the time from ovulation until ur next af shows, anywhere from 11-17 days is considered normal/healthy, B6 can help lengthen it if its short. Ur O can vary but LP typically remains the same & if ur cycles r like clock work then ur O is likely the same too.
Third, pineapple, yes pineapple is great for implantation, u eat it for 5 days starting 1 dpo :) the core is highly concentrated with a chemical that helps implantation!!!
Fourth, preeseed, great tool, also evening primrose oil or robitussin work great to increase cm :) used up until O only, not after.
Okay, so I bought the soy. Took 120mg on CD2, then that evening took another 120mg. I did the same thing on CD3 and so far today I have only taken just one dose of 120mg. Will taking 240mg /day hurt me? I guess it's just me wanting to make sure I ovulate. I feel tinges in my left adnexal area, and I scanned my ovaries (ultrasound) and I have follicles :-)

Haha, it's my job. I'm a sonographer. So while at work on some off time, I will go into one of the rooms and peek at my ovaries. :-)

Also how did u scan ur ovaries? Its a bit early to already have substantial enough follicles to see on u/s i'd thing :/ hummmmm

If u take too much it can have an opposite effect :/ 240mg is the max dosage & usually u want to take it all at once, idk if it'll make a difference, just gotta wait & see now I guess lol. Don't take it anymore than 5 days either or like clomid it'll do the opposite!!!
