Just curious. My cycles are all sorts of messed up it seems. I'm hoping it's merely because I had another female living with me over the summer but IDK. So... would it be worth it for me to go to a doctor and talk to them about my failed attempts? It's only been 5-6 months but I'm getting pretty impatient. I want to know what is wrong and if there is anything I can take NOW.
I just really want to avoid a large gap between my son and the next baby and am freaking out that for some reason I am just infertile now.
We TTC for one year before seeing my doctor. Other women I know have gone to their doc after TTC for 8-9 mos & they've been told to use the ovulation prediction kit and if that doesn't help, come back after 3-4 months. (Basically, most doctors won't begin fertility evaluation/treatment until you've been TTC for one year.) Hang in there! It will happen! Good luck.
i went to the doctor after 3 mths but not because we werent pregnant, because i had 4 cycles in 6 week period an was freaked out, turns out i have pcos an the put me on clomid after the blood work confirmed along with my ultrasound
just did my first round of clomid on the 30th go for blood work on the 14th to see if i ovulated , here is hoping
i had never had regular periods , i have irregular cycles, an hair growth , an i was over weight for a long time lost 25 pounds an still didnt regulate
Break and got my bfp
Six months the first time. Then just as they were about to begin testing I got pregnant. I ended up having a miscarriage and haven't been back yet. Going back this fall.
