TTC - Trying to Conceive TTC - Trying to Conceive

How do you relax?

Whether you need to relax during your two week wait, your pregnant, or just relax in general just trying to conceive. What are some of the things you like to do? I personally because of my endometriosis a hot bath seems to do the trick..or some music..

I would just like some more ideas on how to relax in different ways and I am sure it wouldn't hurt all of us to explore some new relaxation techiniques :-)

After all trying to conceive can be the most stressful thing EVER!!

Thanks

Angela

I know. I can't get relaxed. I am getting symptoms and I have to wait until the weekend to test because I don't like testing before my period is late.

Borrow someone's dog. Lol

I walk to work alone about 20-25min. I just fool around on my phone. I have a 33mo daughter and a husband who stays home with get so for me the alone time is great. I also take her out for leisure walks about 5 days a week for at least an hour.

Get your other half to join you? Or a neighbor?

There are a lot of dogs and stuff around here which make me really nervous bc one bit someone awhile back took a chunk out of their leg.. and they still have it. Ya when I go I take my friend or my MIL will pick me up and we go to a near by park.. close enough to drive but too far to walk.. if that makes since. lol
