I took EPO at the start of my last few cycles, until about when I think I O'd, sometimes, I'd 4get to take it, here are my periods the last 4 months...June 16th, July 14th, Aug 14th, Sept 11th..and what do you know, AF just started today. I thought EPO lengthened your cycles, to help with O'ing, and helped with CM. What could be going on here, im TTC, but now AF is slowly screwing up, when she never used to be a day earlier or later than 28 days. Im getting frustrated here'

I think you are supposed to take epo your entire cycle.... have you tried royall jelly or b6? This work.too.

After 6 yrs and nothing, I took fertility xx to concieve my son, but DH said no way to it this time, so I pulled some of the herbs out of it and just take the ones I think might work. I have b6, just never use it. What does royal jelly do?
