Is going on I'm getting + opks during day yesterday and today but neg at night I'm on cd18 6dpo by temps and my first opk so why am I still getting them along with still spotting light creamy brown n cramps

You can have more then one lh surge a cycle
If you don't chart temps you don't know if you have really oed yet or not bd just in case

Also opk have been known to pick up hcg though that happens later nornally like 10-14 dpo
