Dual concern topic: miscarriages and epidurals - HELP

First. I'm pretty sure I ovulated (and hopefully concieved) Wednesday. I'm nearing the end of my marching band season at college. We have our last performance November 17. I'm not worried about miscarrying this week, since if I did conceive the embryo will not have implanted, so I should be safe. (Right? I'm assuming you can't actually miscarry until after implantation). But by next week if I did (and I think I did) the embryo will have implanted. And I'm REALLY worried that marching band will cause an early miscarriage.

Second. This is just a question out of curiosity: How much do epidurals hurt?

What I'm asking is how likely is it that I will miscarry? What can I do to try to prevent it?

marching won't cause a miscarriage. There's nothing you can do to prevent it either. Epidurals hurt for a bit and then feel great

We also have a weird 'dance' (mainly jumping around) and run a bit. Still okay?

Dunno about the first question

Epidurals don't hurt but they make you feel incredibly icky. I prefer going all natural for sure

There is no reason to stop activity once you get pregnant. It's not like your paralyzed. just pregnant!

Okay. My sister in law miscarried her first pregnancy and her other 3 was put on bed rest. So I'm kinda worried.
