1 mom liked this

Well there is NO WAY To know if you will or HAVE Oed unless you chart temps

However you can use many things to GUESS when you may O

Fertile CM can show signs that you MAY O

High , Soft and Open cervix shows signs that you MAY O

A positive OPK may show you that you MAY O

But NOTHING shows you for SURE other than temps AFTER you have already Oed

100% false.  Those charts are always off.  Blood work and U/S are the only way.

The others are great options too.

I would never temp.

No they are not ob and re suggest six months of temps pre appointment I KNOW I WORKED FOR THEM

Charts are NEVER WRONG you have a clear
TThermal shift post o the only thing that causes that is progesterone and that is only seen as a thermal shift

Blood work DOES NOT tell you when you o just that you did or did not

If charts are wrong its HUMAN error not the chart ever

Your giving completely incorrect information please research proper charting and information before throwing around incorrect info

Opk's, ewcm, cramping and nausea...those all show up 24-48hrs before ovulation
Then I chart my temps to confirm ovulation

What if you're sick or something?(with a fever)
Wouldn't that change temps and mess chart up? Or is that why you need 6 months of charting?
