What you are explaining to me sounds like what women refer to as "Ovarian twinges" :) it can be a sign you are ovulating if it started suddenly or a sign your ovaries are 'working hard' too! I tend to have throughout my follicular phase but they slowly get more & more intense until O day when they actually become 'pains'!
I am more curious as to what yesterdays temp was compared to todays to tell for sure if you are or did ovulate :)
