I had a short period this month follow by headaches, fever, muscle soreness, cough, sore throat, and feeling like I have to vomit I can't eat anything only liquid I never felt like this before I'm nerves

You shouldn't have a fever, cough, and sore throat as a symptom. So based on that is say flu but you could definitely be pregnant if you're nauseated

sounds like the flu...you can have both at the same time but you said you had a period so I'm assuming that was too soon ago for you to be pregnant now. You can always test if you want but that sounds like the flu.

My sister had the flu for about 2 weeks and then found out she was pregnant so it could be the sme thing happening to you. FX for you!
