AF is gone!! I am going to be temping this month. I'm also going to be using the clearblue fertility monitor again. The herbs I'm taking this month started on CD1...I will stop taking them when I ovulate and will start taking a Prenatal with DHA daily

  • Maca Root          1500MG
  • Bee Pollen           1500MG
  • Royal Bee Jelly  1000MG
  • Propolis               600MG
  • Vitamin C            500MG
  • Vitamin B12        1000MG
  • Vitamin B6           50MG
  • Folic Acid             800MG
  • Iron                         65MG

GL! I am CD6 and thinking about taking wild yam. Any knowledge on it?

Good luck!  What are the Royal Bee Jelly and Bee Pollen supposed to help with?

I've thought about wild yam. It's supposed to be great for fertility. But I can only find it online

Not much but I've read that it is used for twins. GL I've thought about using it if I'm not pregnant this cycle.

They help with egg quality plus it's really good for your immune system and helps with sex drive and energy.

Yea I'm thinking about buying it off Amazon. I've done some research on it and that is the best one to take. If I'm not pregnant this cycle I'm going to take it next cycle.
