I posted this week a picture of my BBT chart. It appeared as though I didn't ovulate. I did have a spike in temp, but didn't keep it up for three days. I've continued to track my temp. Now today I am two days late for my period. At first I was like, well if I didn't ovulate, maybe that's why. But, I'm under the care of a fertility specialist and he said if I get pg I need to tell him right away so I can start taking my shots. So I decided to stop tonight and pick up a pg test. OMG. It came up positive, RIGHT AWAY. Super dark. So crazy. Here is my BBT chart..

Now here is my biggest concern.. For the past week I have had pain in my right side. Dull, but pretty consistent. I just had a physical so i know it's not my liver or anything. I called my GP and told them and they said if it wasn't better on Monday to let them know. So now I k now I"m pg.. Do you think it's a tubal?? I tried calling my fertility specialist and ask him for advice, but whatever number I have does not go to the answering service. So frustrating. I don't know what to do. Do I go to the ER? Do I wait until Monday and call my fertility specialist. Ug! I didn't even think I was pg.
If your specialist told you to call him right away then I think you need to either find the answering service # or go to the er so they can reach him! For sure make sure he is notified and you are checked out and getting shots!
He's not connected to a hospital. I have no idea how to get his phone number.
I would probably wait and drive to the doctor on Monday, tell them you couldn't call because you don't have a number but ask if they can squeeze you in as it's urgent. Then get the number and keep it in a safe place (don't worry I'm bad at keeping track of phone numbers too). In the meantime if the pain becomes severe or you start bleeding go right to the ER!
I called my regular OB, whom I LOVE! He referred me to this other doctor after my 4th m/c. He said it's way to early to determine where the egg has attached. I'm wondering if I would even have dull pain this early from a tubal. It could be muscular, but I'm just nervous. My history kind of creates it. I'm just shocked that I'm pg. The program I used to track my temperatures said I didn't ovulate.
No reason for the er they can't tell ectopic before 5-6 weeks nothing to see.
You need blood draws two of them over 48 hours to check proper rise ectopic don't rise enough
