Yep me, I did one back on May and I was told both my tubes were blocked, we were TTC for almost 2 years with no luck. A month latter I went to a specialist and he did another hsg test by himself and opened both tubes and I got my bfp 10 days latter after it. Now I am 35 weeks with my first baby boy, due on March 17th.
My RE told me that sometimes the tubes do spasms during the hsg as a reaction from injecting the dye and show the tubes as if they were closed while they are really not closed. And it sometimes depends on how good the technician or the dr is with doing it. The best is to do it with a specialist. There was Also a woman in here that she was told that both of her tubes were closed due to fibroid and scar tissues and she was scheduled for an IVF but she ended up pregnant naturally after they told her she had zero chance to get pregnant naturally and I think she already gave birth to her baby few month ago, I just don't really remember her name. Have hope hun and Good luck, If you have any questions, I'll be more than happy to answer them.
I had an HSG done in march 2006. Moved to Hawaii with my dh in oct 2006. Got pregnant nov 2006 after 4 yrs of secondary infertility. My dh moved to Hawaii himself in April 2006 and we followed in oct. it's definitely possible :)
