If you are pregnant or implanting will a negative result come up on a ovulation stick or a positive?

I didn't get a positive opk when prego till week 7 it won't show anything for implantation there isn't enough hcg to pull anything

A hcg will show positive before an opk for pregnancy

If you are pregnant & HCG is above the LH sensitivity amount then it'll show + (like most OPK are about 30-35mIU) so its not usually as reliable as most early HPTs (20-25mIU)!
