Fertility smoothie day 1

Posted by   + Show Post

So I signed up for a site that sends you a recipe a day for 10 days for fertility smoothies. They also send a shopping list so you can get your items ready. I will be starting the smoothies in March but figured I would post them here in case some of you ladies would like to try them. I will post everyday when I get the recipe in my email. I am also going to include the shopping list you need. I found most of the stuff I needed on iherb.com which has free shipping over $25 and for your first order you can use code Lay729 to get $5-$10 off. I read where some get $10 off and others get $5. Iherb was cheaper than my local whole foods store. Anyway hope these smoothies can help some of you out.

Shopping list:

(Frozen or fresh)
strawberries
blueberries
mangoes
bananas
peaches
pineapple
(Fresh)
spinach (baby leaf)
(Dry)
oatmeal
quinoa (cooked)
Fertilica Maca Powder
UltraGreens or green superfood powder
Fertilica Whey or another clean protein powder
Alive Bee Power or another royal Jelly
hemp seeds
sesame seeds (1 T)
almond or peanut butter
chocolate powder (dark preferably)
dates or honey
yogurt (organic)
vanilla
cardamon

Day 1 smoothie: Peaches and Cream

Peaches and Cream
Serves 1

2 Peaches (take fruit off of pit)
1 Banana
500mg Maca
1/4C Yogurt (organic)
1tsp. Vanilla
water

-Add all ingredients to the blender. I add a little bit of water to start with to get the consistency that I like. I also like to have some bananas in the freezer so it chills the smoothie and ads a great creaminess. If you find that you are hungry an hour after drinking your smoothie, add additional bananas, nuts or protein powder, they will pack additional calories to keep you energized through your morning

Thanks. I didn't even explore the site for the smoothies once I seen the area to click on to sign up. I will keep posting them though just in case someone is interested. At least now I dont have to print them off from my email. :)
