Mysterious "dent"

Ok so I this "dent" appeared after I miscarried in Oct. It was never there before and it mind boggles me. I showed DH and even he was confused about where it came from or why it's there? I was wondering if any of you ladies have seen or had anything similar? I know in the picture it doesn't seem deep but it's so obvious in person. :/

It might be some scar tissue that has broke/separate causing the skin the pucker

Thanks it has just been driving me crazy because my surguries are so old and been through my pregnancy with DS (2 yr old) and never did that and now after I had the miscarriage it just appeared.

Did you have a d&c?

Not for the miscarriage no. I had two D&C's right after I had my son in June of 2010.

I asked because, sorry to be graphic, but sometimes when they scrape the inside of the uterus, the pressure they use pushes up into the abdomen and you can see it from the outside and I was thinking maybe that broke up some scar tissue

But it could have been just a weird coincidence
