Just because your cycles are regular doesn't meant you're ovulating I don't believe. Do you temp or anything to for sure you are and when? That's where I would start, pin pointing ovulation :)

My husband and I tried for almost 5 years. Ill be 10 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Do you know how I conceived? I STOPPED trying and just let nature take it's course. We were going I start the process of IVF in April so I just figured I would wait. Even my OBGYN (he's the fertility specialist in my area) told us to stop trying. You get all stressed out and it's no longer fun.

The best way to know when you ovulate is to use a basal body thermometer and track your basal body temperature (your lowest temp of the day, taken immediately upon waking at the same time every day before doing anything else).  This will give you a definite answer as to when you ovulate.  You could also try using ovulation predicion kits to help you pinpoint your ovulation date.  Once you know your ovulation date, having sex around that time will give you your best chance of getting pregnant.

If you don't feel like doing all of that, I would just say have sex every other day for your entire cycle to give you the best chances.

Try a clearblue easy fertility monitor and don't concentrate on you suspected ovulation date for my children we had sex from the date my period stopped sometimes everyday or every other date until after my suspected ovulation. My libido changes when I am near ovulation so it was easy for us . If all else fails
Try clomid.

Good luck
