Am trying to conceive for more than two years now, but nothing good. I visited a Gynecologist and told me i have hormones in balance which he gave some drugs to take and now my menstruation is normal, I thought i would conceive but up to now nothing happens, i need your advise seriously cafemom. Thanks
Just because your cycles are regular doesn't meant you're ovulating I don't believe. Do you temp or anything to for sure you are and when? That's where I would start, pin pointing ovulation :)
The best way to know when you ovulate is to use a basal body thermometer and track your basal body temperature (your lowest temp of the day, taken immediately upon waking at the same time every day before doing anything else). This will give you a definite answer as to when you ovulate. You could also try using ovulation predicion kits to help you pinpoint your ovulation date. Once you know your ovulation date, having sex around that time will give you your best chance of getting pregnant.
If you don't feel like doing all of that, I would just say have sex every other day for your entire cycle to give you the best chances.
