Took a opk yesterday and it was pos. Took two today and they are neg. When do you usually o after a pos opk? Just started charting.I'm on cd29. Ff said I should of oed on cd15 and there is green again. First month off bcp and pcos.

Usually you ovulate 12-24 hours after a positive. When you have ovulated you temp will spike.

Wow yeah. So just watch for a temp spike, if it stays high for three days straight then you will know you ovulater
