Help need to know about what can help if u may have estrogen dominance!

Please anyone know any foods to eat to help if you may have estrogen dominance any over the counter remedies to help? Does anything help balance hormones out at all? Please in need of info really bad would be much appreciated along with opinions and support.Took me 8 yrs. To have my baby I lost from a miscarriage 9 months ago I conceived naturally then lost my baby at 8 weeks. Now my doc drops the bad news that I may have estrogen dominance and progesterone levels that may be messed up wonderful already had to go on antidepressant over miscarriage called Wellbutrin.Now this am I just stressing? I really would like to no if anything out there natural can help balance my hormones?Any kinds of foods or anything please I am desperate. I would love to be pregnant again so I am trying to see if anyone can tell me what I should or shouldn't eat and things like that to help balance my hormones. Without having to go to a fertility specialist for now. Trying natural for now any info on remedies to help me on foods to eat to balance hormones would be very helpful. Love to hear something.

There is a supplement DIM that lowers estrogen levels.  You might want to look into topical progesterone creme from emerita too.

I would suggest starting with a fertility supplement - something with Vitex in it.  Fertility Blend for Women & Fertilaid seem to be good ones.
