EPO, Mucinex, or Robitussin which do you perfer?

I was thinking of trying some EPO instead of Mucinex or Robitussin for the next couple cycle just to see if I could tell the difference in my CM.  I seem to dry up due to the fact that I take Clomid and even with taking the Mucinex and or Robitussin I still don't have a lot of CM.  So now I have to use Pre ~Seed as well.  How do you take the EPO (how much mg)?  Just wanted to get your thoughts on each one which you all perfer over the others and why.  And if anyone has a suggest other than one of these 3 please share.  Dh isn't a huge fan of lube so he would reather we don't use it if at all possible

Here's the bottle of EPO I got from GNC today.  Going to be taking 2600mg daily until ovulation.

*** I have also tried Fish Oil Omega-3 and that didn't seem to help much either with my CM***

I took EPO back when we were ttc baby #1 and I would NOT use it again. It delayed my ovulation by over a week. I was taking between 2000 and 3000mg. Personally, I think Preseed is enough in itself. It mimics ewcm and is very sperm friendly. After almost a year of ttc baby #1, for the first time we used the preseed (internally) during every fertile day and I got pregnant. We're using it again now that we're ttc baby#2.

If you do use Robitussin or Mucinex make sure you use the right kind, otherwise it will dry you up. The DM kind is bad for ttc since it's drying and it has the potential to cause birth defects. Also, these meds don't create extra cm, it just thins out what your body produces. I've heard green tea is good for ewcm but I would be careful since it has caffeine and too much caffeine isn't good for ttc. Hope that helps!

We have tried Pre~Seed but Dh isn't a fan of lube he rather it come from me and be all natural.  I do plan on putting Pre~Seed inside te softcup before inserting it into me when we start TTC again

My specialist says not to take epo. She told me to stay away from the supplements you hear about on the blogs that are not FDA approved. The only thing she recommends is prenatals, baby asprin, and maybe b6. She said that Robitussin with gualfesten....sorry don't know how to spell is good for thinning mucus but make sure it has this only.
