I don't LOL, however, I really really really want to test RIGHT NOW. But, I'm trying to be logical. I'm 10dpo, odds aren't on my side that I'll get a BFP today. Some do, sure, but I most likely won't; therefore I stop and think- what will seeing a stark white test do to my spirits? Probably make me feel crushed and very unhappy. If I'm pregnant, feeling that sadness and stress is harmful to the fertilized egg and even make it more difficult for that egg to stick. So really, I could be sabotaging myself into a chemical (this isn't scientific, just want I'm making myself hear myself think LOL).

I think testing too early causes too much stress as is. I tested at 8dpo and 9dpo. Probably not the best choice for me.

In lieu of thinking about testing, I'm keeping busy. I have editing to do (photographer), things to knit, dishes to wash, dogs to brush, hardwood floors to clean, and later I need to deliver pictures to clients and visit with my BFF. Busy, busy, busy! :D Good luck, doll. It sucks to wait! LOL

Staying busy definitely helps.  Sometimes not being on this board when you might be tempted to test helps - seeing other BFPs makes it harder to resist testing.

I also resist testing by reminding myself that I'm not likely to get a BFP that early and that I hate seeing BFNs.

You're lucky! LOL I'm 10dpo and today I had a decent dip in my chart (after 6 or more days of steady increases and NO dips)...hopefully it's an implantation dip. It's either that or my decent into AF land. Booo! LOL

ive focused on losing weight instead of obsessing over ttc like I was. I dont even know what cycle day im on. all I know is its supposed 2 be my fertile week right now and weve BD twice during it. if it happens it happens. no more obsessive testing for me.

To be honest I start testing at 8DPO :-/

But, to be fair, I do it because the second I get a positive I'm going to need to get blood drawn and possibly progesterone since I've had multiple mcs. So I'm not really obsessed or addicted, I'm just proactively cautious. Lol

I have tested about four times now and I am only 9dpo (give or take) lol. I took the last one I had today knowing that I would be entirely to tired/busy to go buy more until probably tuesday. (But then, I started thinking how awesome it would be to get a BFP on Fathers day...Ill probably force myself out to by more Saturday lol)
