What does it mean when your temp spikes?
I always thought when your temp dips it means O. Am I wrong?

When you ovulate, your temp spikes the day after because of the rise in progesterone. But your chart shows that you're temping at different times every day. Is there a reason for this? It's MUCH more accurate if you temp at the same time every morning. And it's really the bigger picture, not one individual temp that matter. GL!
