My husband and I have been TTC for 4 years now. We have tried at home supplements but nothing. We finally went to the doctors and they are doing a laparoscopy on the 15th. I was wondering if anyone else has had this procedure and how long after did you conceive?

I had this done before and after my daughter. Before my daughter it took me a year after but then I had another surgery to remove my right ovary and tube due to endo. After my daughter I had one done to remove fibroids and that was 3 years ago and haven't conceived yet.

So I had my laparoscopy and the doctor did find some endometriosis that can account for my pain and infertility. However, my husbands semen analysis came back and he is really low. Does anyone know of natural effective ways to boost sperm count?
