Has anyone heard of prenatals making you more fertile?

Ive heard to take them while ttc but I figured it was just a healthy headstart

I take a multivitamin mineral supplement for now. Hugs

Many women start taking prenatals while trying to get pregnant. It may be sufficient that you just take a women's multivitamin as long as it has at least 400 mcg of folic acid along with recommended amounts of vitamin C, D, B6, iron and zinc. Most multis will be perfectly fine, just pay attention to the folic acid which is critical for brain and neural tube development in the first weeks of pregnancy. The most important thing is that you take something during this time! You can read more about vitamins while trying to conceive here
