Hi ladies! I was doing some searching and I found that the following is supposed to help with firtility:
Evening primrose oil, vitex and maca

Does anyone else take any of these? Did anyone take these before a BFP?

Be careful not to take primrose oil after O because it causes cramps!  I would try royal jelly with bee pollin and propolis it give you better quality eggs google it!

Yes, I read that. I decided I definitely wouldn't use the primrose oil since I do not temp or use opks so I wouldn't know exactly when I o'd so I wouldn't know when to stop. I will look into the others you mentioned.
I'm really interested in the vitex because its supposed to help your hormonal balance after being on a birth control for a long time and also help regulate AF. I had the mirena for 2 1/2 years and just got it out the beginning of June.

I have had irregular cycles since I started menstrating at 10 years old. And when I was 13 I got put on birth control which gave me a synthetic period every month until I was 16 then at 16 I got on the depo shot and was only on that for a year. I didn't get a period until 8 months off the shot. So when me and my fiancé decided we wanted to start trying we knew it was going to be difficult. Well I start charting my cycles and all that good stuff and realized my cycles were still very irregular and temped to confirm I was not ovulating. Cycles ranged from 46 days to 90 days with no ovulation. So I started doing research and came across maca and thought it was worth a try well now my cycle are 28-30 days with ovulation every month and it helped me produce ewcm which I have never produced on my own.

Sidenote- I did an experiment to see if the maca was actually helping or if my body just got regular on its own and that cycle lasted 49 days so I decided I knew ovulation had not occurred so I started taking maca again and 4 days later, af came. So it helped me jump start af too.

---you may have seen this reply in a previous post earlier this week... It was too long to rewrite lol

Also wanted to add, I have tried EPO. It didn't do anything for me so stopped taking it after 3 months.. As with vitex, I have seen many many negative and many positive things about it... One person said it was the worst choice they have ever made because it has made their cycles even worse then they were while others say it had improved their cycles tremendously. So I weighed my pros and cons and since I haven't came across many maca cons then I was gonna go with maca over vitex... My experience it was the best choice I have ever made.
