Can you still get pregnant while on implanon (implant birth control) even if you do not have a period?

I'm having baby fever!

How would you know if you are pregnant when you don't have a period? Or even when you ovulate?

Yes it can happen. It has a higher rate of ectopic pregnancy than normal pregnancy. It happened to Me.

The same way you do when you do have periods & know when you ovulate - you take a pregnancy test.

Women who are breastfeeding & haven't gotten their cycle back will sometimes test once a month just to see.  You could always try that.
