vibrating uterus

I have read and done a lot of research (nonscientific) into the matter of the mysterious butterfly flutter/vibrating sensation that can be felt in the uterus area. After reading many posts from other internet users I think I may have come up with the answer to this question of what it is considering I've experienced it myself. Every sex ed class tells you that your uterus contracts and expands during menstruation to allow gravity to shake off the uterine lining. I think that 'shaking' is exactly what we are feeling.

I think the shaking, vibrations, contractions are just cramps. I think it happens all the time, some are just painless.
Idk it is very mysterious, I feel it often myself.

That's true and everyone's body is different. For me when I cramp I always almost immediately flex almost like on reflex. But I always get really tight
