Well he didn't tell you what he meant by hostile environment? Hun that could mean a lot of different things but don't worry! You can fix this!

Body can be hostile environment is we have excess weight on us.
It can be hostile environment related to the PH balance of our system.
Also disease/syndrome or illness can cause our bods to be hostile environments
Alcohol and/or cigarette smoking can be a cause
Gosh certain medications
Poor diet
Inadequate water intake

What are some things that make your body a hostile environment? Maybe I can give you some helpful suggestions as to help your environment get more baby friendly!!

The only thing I think of is a woman I worked with. She could get pregnant but couldn't stay pregnant because her uterus was not a conducive environment for the growth of a baby meaning her body virtually attacked the baby. She had quite a few miscarriages before she stopped trying. She is very religious though so there may have been something to fix that but she probably wasn't comfortable with it.

I would get a second opinion. Your dr should have specified what was hostile about your environment. It could be a whole lot of things and if he can't give you specifics I says he's full of crap. Good luck

There's a mom who i know that her body is hostile to sperm.  No matter how hard they try her body attacks the sperm. Ok yeah all our bodies attack sperm, but hers is worse then the average person.  Not sure what her body does but it took them 4 years to conceive their 2nd and another 4 to conceive their third, she's due in December.

Well hun the most important things are always a healthy diet. Not a diet to make ur stomach feel full of substance but full of nutrition filled foods. Your vitamins and light relaxing exercise. What exactly did your Dr say was the reason he believes your body is a hostile environment

Get your doctor to be more specific. I guess he means killer cells or some kind of immunological reaction.

I have the RH negative blood type. It doesn't affect your first pregnancy but for some odd reason it affects all pregnancies after. I had to get a shot at 28 weeks and a shot when my daughter was born so those antibodies could be kept at bay when I try to get pregnant again. If the baby doesn't have my blood type my body may attack it and this will cause a miscarriage. We are just TTC now and I'm worried.

Well the doctor said that i have a rare blood type, but my SO is B+, there was something else but he didnt say what he was going to talk to another doctor and call me back. That is just making me worry even more. Im on iron pills because i have no iron in my system that they could find.

Update us with what he tells you when he calls. Back ok? And while you are on the phone with him don't let him rush you off the phone ask him specifically what you need to do to fix the issue that he claims makes your body a hostile environment. Ask for a referral to a specialist that knows a lot about what ever it is.

Also, I have a rare blood type!:) I am O+ and anyone who is O+ can only recieve O+ blood! Is that what you are?

Having some iron in yiur body is definitely importsnt and its good thst youll be suppkementing your intake i hope it helps whats going on!

When he calls back let us know. If he doesnt calk back, call the office and insist on speaking with him about what he found out. K update us soon
