I was wondering if any of you ladies know of anything I could take BESIDES birth control pills that would regulate my cyles. Im going to start taking One a day prenatal multivitamans so it can help me with my ttc journey and hopefully help with me trying to regulate my cyles. I use to have a 28 day cycle but being on birth control for like 8 years, ever since I got off my cyles has not ben the same. You ladies know anything I could take to regulate my cycles back???

I took vitex to regulate mine. They were all over the place. I only took it for 2 months.

I got mine at GNC. It's called Chasteberry, but beware not all GNC stores carry it.

Not sure about OTC stuff for cycles but prenatals won't help regulate your cycles. They're good to take before you conceive though to get a sufficient supply of folic acid in your system. So good idea :)
