My insurance no longer covers the compound form of progesterone ehich are the vaginal capsules. So now I have to take the gel. Does anyone bhabe preference of which form they like better? Also, does one form seem to work better than the other? I am not thrilled about having to wear a panty liner during the day when I'm not on af and the build up it causes.

I dont like any of the vaginal forms. They are messy and didn't work as well on me. Even though the lining was thick enough with them, around an 8, it ended up being a 10.5 with the progesterone shots. My insurance covered the shots because pregnant ladies have to use them and it's not just for infertility. I would recommend asking for those and skipping the gel crap if possible.
