I toook the strip at around 11AM and the other one around 3pm, I also took a strip yesterday and it was positive just like this strip. Does that mean I ovulated or was it a fluke? Why would it be negative all of a sudden?

You usually ovulate 12-36 hours after your first positive. If it's not positive anymore your coming down of your surge

i would get positives, neg, then positives again, and when I went for a ultrasound I have 4 mature follicules ready. So we triggered today. Ever thought about getting a trigger?

a trigger shot helps the follicules mature and release.. I don't think you can get one with any obgyn, you would have to go to a specialist. Like a RE.
