Early this morning. Apparently since I'm breastfeeding my body just decided to have periods every other two months. Errr. Now I have to determine when the heck I ovulate without spending money on opk's. I refuse to spend anymore money on crap until my period is at least a week late. Breastfeeding is really confusing my body lol

Go to fertility Friend on line, it will teach you everything. I use it and really like it. You can do it for free but I like it so much I bought a membership. They do recommend a Basel body thermometer but a reg. digital will work. But temping will let you know if your even ovulating, I like opk's for knowing when its coming and we can time bd the best because when you see ur temp jump its too late for bding but you wont be left wondering if u O'd or not. GL!!
