Preggers or Just Late?

My husband and I are not actively TTC, but we both do want a second child and we were intimate around ovulation (I had EWCM that day). I have long, irregular cycles due to PCOS and currently still breastfeeding my first.
My cycles are "normally" around 36 days, however I ovulated late this cycle (not sure why), so I am on CD38, 16DPO and I'm having mild cramping on the left hand side, no sign of AF at all, loads of CM but no other "symptoms" of AF coming or pregnancy. I tested 12DPO and again 14DPO and had BFN. I'm a little scared to test again because I don't want to see BFN again but I'm concerned about my late cycle and the pain. Have a doctors app for Wednesday.

If you're late, test...that's my policy. If it's still neg, ask ob for blood work. Good luck Momma!
