Hi! I'm new to this site so this is my 1st time to post. I just started TTC this month. I'm approx 10 dpo and took a $tree hpt test today with FMU. It came back as a faint BFP within seconds(pictured) I still had another test, same brand, and FMU sample. So I immediately did the 2nd test and it was a BFN:( I don't know which test I should believe. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? What are your opinions based on hpt test shown?
Thanks for any advise!

The pic definitely looks positive. I would go ahead and get an early result test and see those results. Good luck!!!!

Do any of you know why I would get a negative with the second test?

Was it with the same collection of pee?  Could be your next pee was not held long enough.

It was from the same collection and within maybe 3 mins from the 1st test.

I got faint + with a dollar store test but then used a more expansive brand the last 2 days and got negatives but still not AF and I'm about to be 13 days late.

False positive tests are more rare then false negative. I would test again to make sure but I know false positives are less likely.
