BBT question

Hi ladies, this is my first time posting in this forum and I'm hoping you all can help. I'm 33 TTC #2. I have very typical PCOS and plan on heading to the doctor ASAP to get put back on metformin/Chlomid (which is how we got DS almost three years ago).

Anyway, I've been temping and charting and I had a weird thought today. I set my alarm for 5:15 every day, take my temp and depending on the day, either go back to sleep, or get up for the day. I am very consistant with my time just trying to be as accurate as possible. Well almost every day my alarm scares the hell out of me. Like jump up and heart racing. I know you are supposed to stay as still as possible when temping... Do you think the heart racing can be making my temps inaccurate? TIA!
