Just curious what fitness activities people are doing? I teach Zumba but thought about adding yoga anyone do yoga or Pilates? Thinking about adding them

I do pilates, kickboxing, weight training, and run.

I chase around a toddler about 8 hours a day ;)

The studio I work at has Pilates reformer, Pilates springboard may classes and barre classes so trying new options
