Hello everyone! Another cycle down the drain :-( So now my OBGYN is sending me to a RE specialist on Tuesday.  What can I expect at this appointment? What should my husband expect?

Hi! Sorry you aren't having any success yet, but hang in there love! I've had many RE appointments, but mines were due to recurrent miscarriages! They basically start with your overall reproductive history, your concerns, how long you've been trying, etc. They may schedule you for testing such as bloodwork, ultrasounds, scans, etc to check your reproductive organs. They also conduct a history of your husband and may even get bloodwork from him as well. What happens after your initial evaluation depends on what the RE suggests is necessary to give you and your husband the best possibility of conception. Sometimes RE appointments and testing may lead to still having no answers as to why conception is not occurring. This is not a reason to be discouraged! Keep moving forward wether it be for a second opinion or to just keep trying! GL to you love!:-)❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
