Pregnant or crazy?

I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks pregnant almost 4 weeks ago.  I took an ovulation test 6 days ago and it said I was ovulating..well I took another one last night and it says im STILL ovulating.  I thought that was weird and so I took a digital preg test and it said not pregnant but when I took the test apart there were two distinct lines.  Could I be pregnant again already?

I suppose you could be pregnant again.  Those ovulation tests are tricky because I got positives for about 1 week with them too.  Not sure about the HPT.  Seems weird that you could only see 1 line and then took it apart and saw 2.  I'd try a digital maybe?  Anyway, here's a BUMP.  Good luck!

Your not supposed to take the digital tests apart.  They dont work the same as the other tests.  I am guessing if it said not pregnant then you are probably not pregnant.

There was another post about taking the digital one apart and there being 2 lines. The digital ones don't work the same. The 2 lines don't mean anything, it's the intensity of the color. If it said not pregnant, I would think you're not pregnant. Aren't you supposed to wait a couple months before getting pregnant after a miscarriage though?

If you go to peeonastick.com it will explain why you shouldn't take a digital pregnancy test apart.

They test for more than one hormone, so even though there are 2 lines, you didnt have the HCG (pregnancy hormone) required for it to give a "pregnant" read out. sorry hun

My doctor said it was fine to start trying whenever I was ready.  I think it may be too early to test whether im pregnant or not because im not late for my period or anything.

The opks do not dectect ovulation itself. It detects the LH surge that occurs just before ovulation. Your hormones could still be high, and that's why you are getting a positive OPK. Give it a little time and see. Good luck and I hope you get a BFP soon.

I was taking pregnancy tests until a week after  my d&c to make sure the hormone was gone so that I didnt test and think I was pregnant again and get my hopes up.  I tested until there was only one line to make sure.  I really need to be pregnant again soon.  At least before my Angel babys due date in September.
