I didn't really do anything except check my cervix and cervical mucus for my most fertal time and Here I am, 4weeks and 5 days prego.

I didn't let myself stress about it. I practically just made love with hubby when we were in the mood and jumped him when I knew I was fertal. We did more of the "not preventing" method if you will!!

Good luck

I did track my cycle using one of the internet sites but nothing more then that.  I really felt I didn't want to stress about it checking this and that, taking ovulation test and everything.  Oh and had sex as much as we wanted!

Kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably,

And never regret anything that made you smile

i did robuttsin day 9-18 to help cervical mucus, used a fertitly monitor, had sex everyother day from day 9 thru 22 to make sure not to miss any days and i was on my first round of clomid 100 mg day 5-9. I was ttc for 7mths when i tried those steps listed above and got my BFP.

We had sex daily during the time I expected to be ovulating.  DH had a vasecotomy reverasal, so I was back and forth about quantity vs. quality.  We had been going about every other day for the previous couple months, so decided it was worth trying a few times.  Could have just been chance, but it seemed to work!

Good luck!

We used opk's and had sex every other day the rest of my cycle. It took us 3 months after me stopping the pill the same amount of time as my other 2 chlidren. So I swear by opk's they worked like a charm.

We tried for 6 months.  Not long for some of you...but seems long when everyone around you is getting pregnant like its in the water or something.  Anyway we tried and tried by just having sex whenever.  I really had no idea when my most fertile time was and I was too cheap to buy the test.  So someone told me to try 2 weeks following AF...needless to say it worked.  I am 8 weeks preggo.  We also stopped stressing about it.  The month I conceived I started getting a lot of pressure from his family and everytime we would see them the questions would start "you preggo yet", "when are you two going to give us another", etc.  It got to be too much and it wore on me emotionally that finally in the middle of a family BBQ I yelled out..."it will happen when my overies decide to make it happen" (I have endometriosis and it is very difficult to get pregnant).  Anyway after that they stopped bothering us, I decided to let things happen as they wanted...and now we are preggo.

Lots of people have told me it will happen when you stop trying to make it happen.  Thats why there are sooo many pregnant teenagers...they arent trying, nor do most of them want it, it just happens because the chemical/stress balance in their body is right to conceive.
