So my first pregnancy I didn't get nauseous at ALL! But I knew it happened and I actaully expected it this time. But seriously.....It has been an all day thing for like 4 days now, 24/7. Im not just being whiny either just today I dry heaved or puked at least 4 times and just plain nauseous the rest of the times. I think its the smells that set me off, like emptying my DS potty or taking out the garbage. So I guess the whole morning sickness thing doesn't really mean only on the morning huh? My poor son must think there's something seriously wrong with me. He keeps patting my back or going and getting daddy if hes home. So grown up for someone so young, lol. Its really kind of cute, but I try not to let him see me get sick. Hmmm you think the old wives tales that if you are sick all the time it might be a girl?? Hehe, dreaming of curls and cute little dresses. Time to go get some vitamin B I think.

I was like that with my pregnancy.  Sick all of the time.  And I could smell anything gross and was running to a garbage can.  I did have a DD so you never know.

its ok hang in there it will ease up eventually unless your like me i didnt stop puking threw my whole pregnancy with ds.

Eat crackers and drink ginger ale it was the only thing that worked for me, i also sucked on lolly pops that helped too.

yeah morning sickness is just a term used, it can happen ne time of the day..try peanutbutter b4 bed, crackers in the morning before u even get out of bed..preggy pops from motherhood maternity....also i have 2friends who both had horrible morning sickness with their pregnancies, one had a boy the other had a girl, so i think its just an old wives tale..

I have been feeling nausious since last night. It won't go away. If I even think about food it gets worse. i haven't actually gotten sick yet thank goodness (knock on wood)! I didn't get sick with my first at all. Hoping this passes.

Sorry, I don't believe wives tales! I was sick like that for 6-7 months with my son, and had to be on the drug Reglan because I went to the doctor dehydrated so bad twice. I already have a script for it this time around just in case! With my dd, I was nauseated and only got sick a handful of times, with my son, I was puking my guts out at all hours, I was a total mess! Ask about a medicine for this, like Reglan, it's super safe. In fact, my preemie niece was on it for reflux, and it's really really cheap.

I feel your pain.  I was sick my entire pregnancy with my daughter...everyday even in the delievery room.  They said push and I puked!!!  It totally sucked!!!    I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and it all started the same way but this time it's a boy YAY!!  However; the nausua and vomiting have subsided to maybe 2x a day which is sooo much better then what I was doing.  I say to you...good luck and hang in there cause the end result is most definatly worth it!!  xoxoxox

I was sick with our dd for the first 6 months, all morning, day and night.  It was bad, but worth it in the end.  My ds, who is older, 13 y/o, would do the same about his dad.  If he was not home he would call him on the phone and tell him to come home.  I would do it all over again if need be as I know anyone would.  Good luck and I praying for you.
