Communication is my number one! Without communication a relationship is impossible! Then, respect, love, passion, and trust will all follow!!!

Trust, respect, and of course love. Oh and a little bit of passion every now and then wouldn't hurt!

For me it is Honesty, trust, and communication.

If a person is not honest than I cannot trust them. It goes both ways. If I am not honest than my partner cannot trust me which is why I stand by "honesty hurts, but I still wanna hear it" .  As for communication, I strongly believe that communication is the most important thing in ANY relationship, but is detrimental in intimate relationships ( boyfriend/girlfriend, engaged, or married ).
